Some of the health-focused organizations we've helped
CLIENT SPOTLIGHT
A look inside our work with Dalhousie University's Faculty of Health
Now, more than ever, health-focused organizations need to move forward confidently despite unprecedented uncertainty.
Taking six months to create a strategic plan that just sits on a shelf was NEVER effective. In our present context, it puts you at increased risk. However, you still need to make strategic and aligned decisions throughout your entire organization.
How?
You need a strategic plan that is straight-forward and flexible enough that it can be rapidly adjusted to reflect the constant changes in your internal and external environment.
And, given the current state of healthcare in Canada, you need to create this plan FAST.
This is precisely what our strategic planning workshops deliver;
a strategic plan that can be summarized on a single page.
Our strategic planning system is built for:
SIMPLICITY
All your team’s strategic thinking is summarized on a single page.
SPEED
We collaboratively build your plan in as little as three days.
RESULTS
Your One Page Plan provides everything you need to move forward.
Strategic planning is tough.
But it doesn’t have to be.
What sets us apart is that every virtual or in-person strategic planning workshop is delivered by expert facilitators who are ALSO experienced leaders in operational strategy.
As a result, we understand strategic planning AND what is required to action those plans.
Working with health-focused educators, regulators, associations, and charities, we have developed a unique strategic planning system that’s simple, fast, and built for results.
We’ll energize your team, tackle your toughest challenges, and move everyone forward, together.
Best of all, by the end of your strategic planning workshop, you’ll have a clear and concise roadmap to success that fits on a single page.
